Our commitment
Invyte has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors. We take active steps to prevent, detect, and remove such content and to ban the accounts responsible.
What is prohibited
The following are strictly forbidden on Invyte, regardless of intent or framing:
- Any image, video, text, or link depicting or describing the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Grooming behaviour, including soliciting personal information, sexual content, or in-person meetings from minors.
- Sextortion, sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, or threats involving minors.
- Sexualised commentary on minors, even when no explicit media is shared.
- Promoting, trading, or linking to CSAM hosted on third-party services.
How to report
If you encounter content or behaviour that may harm a child on Invyte, report it immediately:
- By email. Write to safety@invyte.dk with a description and, where possible, links or screenshots.
- In-app reporting. Direct in-app reporting on messages, media, and profiles is rolling out; until then, email is the fastest path.
You do not need to be a registered user to send a report. Reports are reviewed by a human, not by an automated reply.
What happens after a report
We review every CSAE report on a priority basis. Confirmed violations result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content.
- Permanent ban of the account(s) involved.
- Preservation of evidence as required by applicable law.
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, and where appropriate, to Danish authorities and Europol.
We do not notify the offender before taking action where doing so could compromise an investigation or the safety of a child.
Cooperation with authorities
Invyte cooperates with law enforcement and child-safety organisations. When required by valid legal process, we provide relevant account and content data to investigators. We retain CSAE-related evidence for the period required by applicable law.
Minimum age
Invyte is not directed to children under 16, and accounts may only be created by users who meet our minimum age requirement. If we become aware that a user is below the minimum age, we remove the account. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at safety@invyte.dk.
Contact
Our child-safety point of contact is safety@invyte.dk. For general support, write to support@invyte.dk. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
